    Update : The server has been reboot and is returning to its normal operations at this time.
    Update : It had seemed that there was a permissions issue which has now been rectified. We have also updated  kernel but we would need to reboot the server in order to be booted into the new kernel.
    Update :  Server Is UP . we are still working on it .

    In order to proactively ensure the highest level of data protection , we will be upgrading server's by Adding  Backup Drive.

    Currently we have  4 x 1 TB RAID10 array , We are moving  into a larger chassis as well as adding the backup drive. Meanwhile processing will take time and server will remain off during that period.

    Estimated Downtime:
    We understand the importance of minimizing downtime while performing maintenance and for this reason we will do everything we can in hopes that we can expedite the process. As it stands we expect no more than 1 - 2 hours of downtime during the maintenance .

    our UK server  is currently offline after suffering a kernel panic.

    This appears to be R1Soft related, as soon as it's back online we'll investigate fully and provide more information shortly.

    The server should be back online in around 15 minutes.

    Update: The server is back up and running and the downtime is being investigated.

    Update: The issue has been identified as a kernel issue. We've installed a new kernel and are going to be rebooting the server at midnight tonight to install the update.
