3rd Party Scripts, common problems
Fantastico Installation Problems:
If Fantastico says you cannot install more than one script to the directory, you must uninstall the existing script. If there is no script in that directory, contact us for help via live chat or phone.
Non-Fantastico Installation Problems:
The most common problem is a database connection error. Make sure you have created the database, created the user, and assigned the user. Then make sure your script uses the same settings in your configuration file. (Usually config.php or settings.php)
