Notice: BDIX Server Downtime
We are currently experiencing an issue with our BDIX server. Our data center team is aware of the problem and is actively working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Affected Server: BDIX-1
Update 1: At this time, all static websites are up and running. However, we are still experiencing downtime on the BDIX MySQL server. Our server admin is currently working to identify the issue.
Update 2: The MySQL server has been identified as corrupted. We are currently trying to recover it.
Update 3: We are recovering the data from our backup servers.
Update 4, APR 07, 10.10pm : 30% of the accounts have been restored; the process is still ongoing. We hope all accounts will be restored by morning.
Update 5, APR 08, 9.40am : 90%of the accounts have been restored; the process is still ongoing.
Update 5, APR 08, 11.24am : 100% the accounts have been restored.
Please open a support ticket if you believe your account has not been restored yet or if you are facing any issues.
